Low pressure, oil and water can be easily eliminated often by you understanding your air compressor?

If you are running an oil lube air compressor and suffering with oil and smell in the lines, by installing high efficiency filters THIS PROBLEM IS THEN RESOLVED. ( Please ask for quotes via email)

If your problem is low pressure, we first look for air escapes, then ensure the pressure switch is adjusted correctly, you need at least 80psi line pressure constant, even though the bracket table is adjusted down to 50psi. ..invariably it’s a pressure switch that’s seen it’s days and a replacement puts you back as it was when new.

Poor torque at hand pieces is easily diagnosed by using our specialist equipment that’s connected between the handpiece and the pipe connection, takes 3 minutes for the test, this then tells you if it’s hand piece problem or bracket table.

Water in lines can cause hand pieces to wear down dramatically due to water ingress to the rotor and bearings-it also creates bacteria in the lines.
